How do I book services?
To book services, fill out the contact form here and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
When is the deposit due?
Your deposit is due to ensure booking. Once you are ready to book said services, your deposit should be paid to ensure dates and services are given in a timely manner. If a deposit is not paid, your purchase will not be solidified unless otherwise discussed between the owner and client.
When is my final payment due?
You will have 48 hours from the time the services are completed to submit full payment.
I need a service that isn't listed.
At YoursTruly Concierge, we pride ourselves on delivering peace of mind to whatever project you may have. If there is something you do not see listed, feel free to email us HERE and we will be happy to find a way to help!
How soon do I need to book my service?
The earlier the better. Our schedule is always evolving and the more in advance you are able to book, the better we will be able to accommodate you!
Should I book your for hourly or daily service?
If you’re unsure of the time needed for your services, select “hourly” in the contact form to schedule a consultation and we’ll create a package especially for you.
Can I book you for a recurring service?
Of course! I can provide ongoing organization services, website updates, or social services on an ongoing basis. Select the “a la cart” option on the contact form and we’ll discuss more in your initial consultation.
Do you travel?
Yes, I will on some occasions. Travel and stay will be paid for by the client along with a daily travel fee and service provided.
